Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero was involved in a car accident in Amsterdam last night.
Aguero was in the Netherlands to attend a concert by Colombian singer Maluma and was injured afterwards when his taxi to the airport lost control and hit a post at the side of the road according to multiple reports from South American news outlets.
The Argentinian forward is reported to have fractured ribs in the accident and looks set to miss up to two months for the Blues.

The news will come as a blow to City boss Pep Guardiola who will also be without the services of new signing Benjamin Mendy for the foreseeable future. Aguero has been in fine form this season and his six goals in as many games have helped the Citizens to the top of the table and with a tough trip away to Chelsea to come this weekend he will be sorely missed.
